Maintenance & UpgradesSERVICE AND INSPECTION CONTRACT (C)

This contract includes the following features:

  • The servicing of equipment (4 Visits per annum)
  • Making good minor mechanical and electrical adjustments due to normal wear and tear.
  • Access to twenty-four hour Emergency call-out service.
  • The completion of contractual Insurance Report recommendations.
  • Cleaning of lift machine room, cabin, shaft, pit and doors of all normal build-up of dust and debris.
  • Site safety assessments and emergency release demonstrations.
  • This contract does not include the costs of attending to call-outs or for the supply and fitting of replacement parts.
