Maintenance & UpgradesCOMPREHENSIVE CONTRACT (A)

This contract includes the following features:

• The service of equipment: (6 Visits per annum)
• The supply and fitting of all consumables and replacement parts due to normal wear and tear.
• Making good all mechanical and electrical adjustments due to normal wear and tear.
• Attending to call-outs and breakdowns during normal working hours.
• Twenty-four hour Emergency call-out service.
• The completion of contractual Insurance Report recommendations.
• Periodic testing of safety equipment.
• Clearing and cleaning of lift machine room, car top, hoist way and pit of all normal build-up of dust and debris.
• Supply and application of all lubricants.
• Site safety assessments, reports, log cards and emergency release demonstrations.
• All replacement parts are included in the contract
